The whiskeys of the Togouchi range are all aged in a single place: a 361 meter long underground cellar buried at the foot of the Osorakan mountain, not far from the Sandankyo valley. It offers ideal ripening conditions thanks to a constant temperature of 14°C and a hygrometry of 80%. This allows a slow extraction of the aromas from the barrel, which explains the elegance of the Togouchi range and the crystalline hue of the whiskies.
