Straight from the cask 1989 is a balanced and tasty single malt with nuances of cinnamon and cloves, slightly smoky. The sweetness of the dried fruits continues the impression of the nose in the mouth, the strength of the barrel is perceptible with a slight bitterness, a little dryness and a tingling, but remains very pleasant. Flavors flavors of pepper, spices and red fruits are now present. Salty maritime notes are once again concentrated in iodine and their facets alternate. This single malt was produced in only 410 copies and bears the cask number 503.
