The grapes are harvested manually, destemmed at 80% and punched during fermentation, then the juice is kept for 16 months in oak barrels. Exposed due east on a clay-limestone soil, these 95-year-old vines give a silky and deep wine with superb fruity aromas with a beautiful substance.
