Trévallon Blanc 2018

The White of Domaine de Trévallon comes from a fine alliance of Marsanne and Roussanne, supplemented with Chardonnay, Clairette and Grenache blanc. The vines flourish on a clay-limestone soil at the foot of the Alpilles, in the legendary ardor of Provence. The aging is carried out varietal by varietal, for 12 months in casks and barrels, 20% new.
The very strong pressure in the spring of 2018 finally resulted in a harvest deficit of more than 50%, which makes this precious nectar even rarer than usual. Don't delay because unfortunately there won't be enough for everyone.
Decant half an hour before tasting, serve between 11°C and 12°C
