2015 gave us a very good but still small harvest. This “hot” vintage offers us another facet of La Piedra Sagrada. The Cabernet Sauvignon is in all its strength, its opulence, its density, it would have been an organic exaggeration without the qualities of the terroir which finally melted the tannins made delicately perceptible, without harshness, without bitterness. We find the velvety texture that characterizes this insolent elegant wine. "If Petrus was a Cabernet Sauvignon, it would be a Piedra Sagrada of this vintage".
