Liqueur de Chambord is a raspberry liqueur made in the Loire Valley in France, created, according to legend, in 1685 when Louis XIV visited Chambord. Composed of red raspberries and blackberries, giving it a dark purple color, and honey, vanilla and cognac. Its full trade name is "Chambord Liqueur Royale de France".
