Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru 1975
Romanée-Saint-vivant from the eponymous grand cru whose pinot noir that composes it was grown on half of this cru. Cru which covers a little more than 9 hectares within the Vosne-Romanée commune. This noble variety par excellence was grown on the central part of the hillside and was exposed to the sun. They draw their letters of nobility from a deep and perfectly drained soil which is composed of clay and limestone.
This wine is signed in infinitesimal quantity insofar as only 10,000 to 15,000 bottles come out each year. So many amateurs are snapping it up. It must be said that this nectar seduces by its aging potential, its elegance, its finesse and its aromatic complexity.
"Alcohol is harmful to health, to be enjoyed in moderation."
