Radiant ruby, youthful glow. The nose is open, approachable, finely perfumed with aromas of ripe cherries, orange zest, herbs, hay, with in addition to the air also liquorice and cooled chimney ashes. Light dancing start, already accessible with aromas of red fruits, juicy fruit, very crunchy, fresh acidity, light to medium body, solid structure with fine tannins already well integrated. Moderately long and very harmonious finish on blood oranges and a slight salinity. This is Pinot enjoyment at a high level. If you can't wait, you can't go wrong here, because this Corton is already pleasantly accessible, but also has reserves for 1-2 decades.
