The double distillation of the Italian brandy process is strictly enforced. The eau-de-vie is then aged in French Limousin oak barrels for at least three years. In terms of taste, Vecchia Romagna Brandy convinces with a balanced bouquet, with fruity aromas and a soft note of vanilla as well as a hint of cinnamon and almonds.
