Daniel Lapp is a Swiss-Costa Rican artist who began his career as a landscaper and then as a woodcarver where he worked with recycled wood from the tropical dry forest of Costa Rica. After several exhibitions between Paris and Switzerland, he diversified and developed his taste for natural roses from South America. He became obsessed with exploring the potential of the beautiful flower for artistic expression.

After moving to Switzerland and learning how to preserve roses for five years, he managed to crystallize them through various techniques and lead them to what is now art with real roses. A pioneer in this medium, Daniel has forged brand new collections of contemporary art, ranging from geometric shapes to mystical colors that reflect the bright, strong colors of timelessly captured roses. His evil eye marks his signature piece.
